             The Law Office of Jerome D Handley open its door in April 2003. The mission of our firm was to provide quality transactional services to individuals, families, and organizations.

             Each client is treated with complete confidentiality and individual respect and compassion no matter what their circumstances.

             Our firm has represented over 700 clients. The soul foundation of our firm is to provide legal services that will give peace of mind to our clients.

             Beginning in 2009 our firm’s client based shifted from the retirees, real estate investors, and small business owners to individuals and groups seeking to establish themselves in the cannabis industry legally under state law. As an activist himself during the 90’s, those within the cannabis industry community begin seeking the expertise and advice our firm had to offer.

             In response to the demand, we hired Liana Held in 2009. Liana is an accountant and accounting trainer for dispensaries and has a keen understanding not only of the record keeping and tax requirements with doing business in the cannabis industry, but also the politics surrounding the cannabis industry.

             When dealing with cannabis related industries, Jerome and Liana work as a team to address client’s Legal, Tax, Bookkeeping, Licensing, and Political issues. 

             Our firm continues to offer personal estate planning, trusts, probate, and death administrations for estates of all sizes.
